If I submit a sketch and you like it, does that mean you will produce it for me?
MoxieMark advertises, sells and distributes the clothes and accessories that you produce. Imagine us as a big department store without walls. You get your own aisle (profile) but, you must provide your own stock. We do all the sales, promotions, advertising and distribution of your goods.
How do I create an account?
You send us pictures of your product. If we like what we see, we will send you an invitation to create a profile and an address to send a sample item. We ask for the sample item for quality control processes. Bear in mind that your sample will not be returned. You can upload pictures, input inventory, complete your about me section, and write out your mission.
How does my account become active?
Your account will become active when we receive your product. We only accept quantities at a minimum of 3 items, and a maximum of 30 items per each style. Once, your products have been received. we will then make your account active on the site. You, the designer, will be responsible for all shipping costs. Please send us an email confirmation of the quantity you are sending. We will confirm once the shipment is received. All products should be sent to: MoxieMark, Attn. What are you looking for in designers?
We are looking for creative, unique and original designs. Mostly all fashions on MoxieMark are at a price point of $60 or less after our 35% mark-up. Also, the fashions should be aimed at the 14-28 age range for both males and females.
How does the pricing structure work?
At MoxieMark we try to keep all of our prices within and below the $60 mark. MoxieMark will share a 65/35 split in favor of the designer. This means that you will keep 65% of the sale price while MoxieMark will keep only 35% of the sale price. Remember that there are no account or profile fees to join and that MoxieMark.com will only receive a commission when your products sell!
How do I get paid?
MoxieMark sends out payments every 60 days to account holders who are owed a minimum of $20. If the account holder is owed less than $20, he/she will be sent a payment once the account reaches the minimum payout of $20. All payments are made into the account holders Paypal account. Account holders who do not have a Paypal account and/or have not provided their Paypal information will not be paid until this necessary information has been provided.
